Prior to Amplifinity, Dick led the acquisition and subsequent turnaround of Entyre Doc Prep. Under his leadership, the company created X4, the mortgage industry’s leading web services document creation and management software product. Entyre was acquired by Wolters Kluwer, a multi-billion dollar financial services company based out of Amsterdam. Prior to Entyre, Dick was Founder and CEO of JustTalk, a pioneer in employee facing speech recognition applications.
Prior to JustTalk, he was Founder and CEO of University Netcasting. University Netcasting managed the web presence of major Division 1 athletic departments. The company grew to manage over 65 universities including Notre Dame, Ohio State, Stanford, UCLA, USC, Alabama, U of Washington, and Cal. University Netcasting merged with Student Advantage and had a successful IPO raising over $80M with a market capitalization of over $1B. The company is now known as collegesports.com and has been acquired by CBS (Viacom).
In addition, Dick has held several sales and sales management positions in the computer and technology industries, including positions at IBM, Prime Computer and Horizons Technology Inc. (HTI). He was consistently in the top 1%-5% of all sales performers and has won many national sales awards. Dick also sits on the Board of Directors of GDI, The Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce, The Ann Arbor YMCA and The Growing Tree. Dick is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
